FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

As an FP&A Manager at Tide, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Product and Engineering teams, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support growth and optimize resource allocation.

• Lead financial planning for Product and Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Enablement areas.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to track execution plans against goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models for product development costs and ROI.
• Provide variance analysis and key performance metrics.
• Support scenario planning and strategic financial projects.
• Manage IT software costs and optimize software spending.
• Implement cost tracking mechanisms for software compliance.
• Review financial models and analysis from the FP&A team.
• Coach and mentor FP&A Analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Experience with Product and Engineering teams.
• Proven experience in controlling IT software costs.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Track record of developing impactful process improvements.
• Attention to detail and focus on cost control.
• Ability to build trusting relationships.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
