FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Manager will be a key player in bridging finance and business operations, driving decision-making through data and strategic insights. This role involves partnering closely with business unit leaders to align financial models, forecasts, and KPIs with business goals, while delivering actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.

In Short

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Lead development and tracking of relevant business KPIs.
• Develop robust financial models to assist in strategic decision making.
• Drive initiatives to improve, automate, and/or simplify financial processes.
• Partner with the Accounting team for monthly financial close.
• Own monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Improve the financial planning process, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced analytic and presentation skills.
• Passion for using data to drive better decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and passion for delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Results driven and highly motivated.
• Ability to interpret and present data compellingly.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
