FP&A Manager - Remote

We are a young and international team of over 500 people based all around the world working to provide stress-free experiences for all travellers.

In Short

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting, generating accurate and timely financial results reporting and analysis.
• Assist with the compilation of KPI reporting to drive business growth.
• Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Pricing and Marketing teams, providing financial insights.
• Drive the automation process in financial planning and analysis.
• Establish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processes.
• Implement best practices in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide training and guidance to finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellence in stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Experience implementing and managing FP&A systems.
