In Short

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives that bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
• Lead product discovery by synthesising data, user insights, and experimentation to make high-stakes roadmap decisions.
• Optimize cross-channel journeys, ensuring seamless transitions between web acquisition and mobile app retention.
• Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own growth KPIs, tracking and analyzing performance to ensure every feature delivers measurable business impact.
• Master technical delivery, overseeing prioritization and trade-offs within agile teams to maintain high-quality output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within high-growth, B2C technology environments.
• Deep Marketing & Growth fluency, with a proven track record of translating commercial needs into product strategy.
• Mobile-first expertise, including hands-on experience evolving iOS and Android app experiences.
• Data-driven mindset, proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA4) to inform complex decisions.
• Agile leadership skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
