Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The Product Designer is responsible for crafting end-to-end digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This role combines strategic thinking, visual craft, technical understanding, and data analysis to build usable, consistent, and scalable products. The Product Designer will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Data teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Translate insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable, and prioritizable design problems.
• Participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders to align solutions with product OKRs or KPIs.
• Analyze research insights and turn them into informed design decisions.
• Define the logical and narrative structure of the product: flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user flows.
• Design end-to-end interfaces using Design System principles and components.
• Interpret behavioral metrics and make data-informed design decisions.
• Work closely with PMs, Developers, Growth, and Data teams to translate business needs into actionable design solutions.
• Deliver clear, complete documentation and communicate design rationale.
• Maintain order, structure, and traceability across design files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct visual and functional implementation.

Requirements

• Intermediate/advanced Figma skills for interactive prototyping.
• Experience with documentation tools like Notion and Zeroheight.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for effective communication with engineering.
• Experience with UX analytics tools such as Hotjar and Adobe Analytics.
• Contributed to Design Systems regarding structure and maintenance.
