Overview

As a Product Designer at 8am, you will play a central role in shaping how legal, accounting, and other professional firms manage and grow their businesses through intuitive and efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of product or UX design experience.
• Experience designing for complex workflows, preferably in fintech.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product growth outcomes.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with usability testing and customer feedback.
• Familiarity with design systems.
• Experience with AI tools preferred.
