Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who enjoys experimenting, learning quickly, and using design to drive measurable impact.

In Short

• Lead growth initiatives across customer lifecycle.
• Design onboarding flows, feature discovery, and in-product education.
• Conduct A/B tests and iterative product improvements.
• Use behavioral data and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Produce user flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Ensure usability for professional users.
• Identify repeatable growth patterns for the design system.
• 6–10 years of product design experience required.
• Experience in fintech or complex platforms preferred.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product design experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth.
• Experience in experimentation-driven environments.
• Ability to connect user needs with product strategy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
