FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Manager is a key team leader responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, meeting deadlines, and driving client satisfaction while blending strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and critical thinking to support process improvements and operational excellence.

In Short

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned departments.
• Partner with department leaders to provide insights into expenses and KPIs.
• Maintain and update reporting tools for SaaS metrics.
• Manage ongoing and ad hoc projects while overseeing deliverables.
• Analyze financial data to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare investor and board reporting materials.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting decks.
• Implement improvements to FP&A processes and systems.
• Mentor team members and support their development.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4-5 years’ experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights.
• Working knowledge of financial statements.
• Experience with SaaS revenue recognition.
• Proficient in software and systems for job functions.
• Demonstrated modeling experience with Excel and G-Suite.
• Confidence presenting to C-level audiences.
• Solid communication skills.
