The Customer Success Specialist is a newly created role focused on driving customer adoption, deepening product value, and building long-term relationships to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on adding value.
• Ability to build and improve processes independently.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Curiosity about the product and ability to teach it.
• Strong follow-through and reliability.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving roles.
• Background in customer success, training, or account management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
