Customer Success Specialist - Remote

In Short

• You are the contact person throughout the entire customer cycle, from onboarding to ongoing issues to contract termination.
• Independent processing and documentation of tickets.
• You coordinate the necessary steps internally and ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• You recognize patterns in the support routine and help us develop scalable solutions.

Requirements

• High service orientation and joy in solving problems.
• Confident appearance and clear communication.
• IT and online affinity, ideally experience with ticket systems.
• Structured, independent way of working.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Ideally experience in technical customer service or start-up experience.
