Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, veterinary clinic, or direct client contact role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Structured and detailed working style.
  • Ability to multitask while advising clients and supporting internal projects.
  • Curious and motivated to learn new things.
  • Flexible, practical, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Enjoys teamwork and regular exchanges with colleagues.
  • Fluent in spoken and written French, with basic English skills.
