Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical helpdesk or enterprise support role.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Experience with SaaS platforms like Zoom and Slack.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
