Overview

As a Support Engineer at Mintlify, you will empower builders by resolving customer issues and improving support processes.

In Short

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support at a software company
  • Experience in remote work environments
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Retool, MDX/Markdown
  • Ability to troubleshoot bugs and understand code
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with AI agents
  • Bonus: Familiarity with OpenAPI specs and supporting APIs
