Overview

We are hiring a Support Engineer to provide world-class support to any user experiencing issues with Warp and to surface issues to the team. Your work will be crucial in shaping our roadmap.

In Short

  • Provide timely response to user issues across various feedback channels.
  • File and sync user issues into our internal tracking system.
  • Update troubleshooting instructions in documentation.
  • Reproduce bugs and list test cases for engineering.
  • Create summaries of top user issues for team meetings.
  • Update users when their issues are resolved.
  • Organize public-facing user issues.
  • Automate feedback collection and response processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong work ethic and great organization.
  • Basic knowledge of AI-driven development, shells, and terminals.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with teammates.
  • Good customer-facing skills (patient, friendly, empathetic).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • 1+ years of coding experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience in developer tools (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a support engineer (preferred).
