Overview

The Support Engineer will provide high-quality technical support to internal and external users of Production systems, engaging in a fast-paced environment while tackling various challenges and learning new technologies.

In Short

  • Understand SLA and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis on high-impact incidents.
  • Document knowledge base and maintain application flow documentation.
  • Develop automated technical solutions to optimize processes.
  • Participate in incident and problem management.
  • Provide rotational weekend support.
  • Maintain support documentation, including reports and FAQs.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL and other standard practices.
  • Monitor production deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and EIT teams for fixes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in L2 Technology Support.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL, Microsoft SQL, Unix, Python, and Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
  • Degree in Computing Systems Engineering or related field.
