Overview

The Customer Success function is a cornerstone of NIQ Brandbank, playing a crucial role in customer onboarding, adoption, retention, development, and satisfaction for both Brandbank and Etilize solutions.

In Short

  • Manage the retail customer onboarding process for Brandbank and Etilize solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to performance metrics.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Support training and development of Customer Support Teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless onboarding.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong experience in B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
