Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup, tool training and strategy, and initial campaign planning. You will ensure customers achieve solution mastery and grow better with HubSpot.

In Short

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of businesses implementing HubSpot.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help customers optimize processes.
  • Lead customers through system education that drives activation.
  • Evaluate customers' business requirements and define their implementation roadmap.
  • Guide customers through product configurations and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide consultative value positioning leading to new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience consulting customers through SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Advisory skills on technical elements including integrations and APIs.
  • Utilization of AI solutions to address customer issues.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking learning opportunities.
  • Business level English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
