In Short

  • Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up the Lodgify account and connections.
  • Provide training on the system via phone calls and screen sharing in English and Spanish.
  • Understand customer objectives for proper account set-up.
  • Provide a consultative approach to ensure proper utilization of Lodgify.
  • Analyze the customer base to improve product adoption and drive upgrades or upsells.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding bugs and improvements for the Product team.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Support, Product) to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • 1+ year as an account manager/onboarding in a high growth SaaS environment or relevant degree.
  • Tech savvy with an understanding of software.
  • Native/Near native level of English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in handling commercial conversations with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner capable of keeping up in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
