In Short

• Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify accounts.
• Guide customers through the account setup process via phone and screen sharing.
• Understand customer objectives to ensure proper account setup.
• Provide consultative support to enhance the utilization of Lodgify.
• Analyze customer base to drive product adoption and upgrades.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to maximize customer value.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in account management/onboarding in a SaaS environment or relevant degree.
• Tech savvy with a strong understanding of software.
• Native/Near native English proficiency; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience in consultative sales and negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner, capable of thriving in a fast-growing environment.
• Preferred experience in the vacation rental software industry.
