Overview

The Customer Onboarding & Product Specialist will assist therapists in understanding and adopting Blueprint’s AI Assistant, helping them transition smoothly into using the product.

In Short

• Assist therapists with pre-signup consult calls and product demos.
• Provide onboarding support to new users to integrate Blueprint into their workflow.
• Engage with potential users to encourage group adoption of the product.
• Research contacts and log interactions in HubSpot for effective follow-ups.
• Help therapists understand pricing and upgrade options.
• Deliver tailored calls based on therapist needs.
• Support internal buy-in for practice-wide contracts.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume tasks.
• Demonstrate empathy for therapists and their challenges.
• Drive action towards signing up for trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or social science.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technology simply.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Empathy for therapists and an eagerness to learn about their challenges.
• Tech-savviness and ability to manage HubSpot.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple calls.
• Ability to guide users towards next steps effectively.
