Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Landbot, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they set up and customize their Landbot experience to meet their specific needs and goals.

In Short

  • Plan and execute Customer Onboarding strategies for adoption and retention.
  • Conduct webinars and manage automated communications.
  • Track customer usage and payment retention metrics.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance customer experiences.
  • Engage with customers to understand their objectives and challenges.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Drive adoption of new features and best practices.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on customer engagement and success metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to grow and learn, even with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback.
  • Experience in customer service or onboarding roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with chatbot technology is advantageous.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
