Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at SiteMinder, you will provide software training to hotel customers across Europe, ensuring they learn how to use the products effectively.

  • Provide software training to hotel customers via screenshare, chat, and phone.

  • Receive product and internal software training.
  • Work with a buddy for mock training before customer training.

  • Deliver high-standard customer training.

  • Resolve customer issues proactively.
  • Drive customer projects forward.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of technology.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven.
  • Focus on customer experience.
  • Experience in the hotel industry or SaaS is a plus.
