Overview

The Sales Executive is an individual contributor role, focused on closing new business. You will plan and prioritize business development activities to achieve company revenue goals and sales targets for defined regions.

In Short

  • Client acquisition - Create new opportunities and upsell current customers.
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets - Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop proposals.
  • CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Client feedback – Provide feedback on products to the Product Team.
  • Partner management – Work with local industry groups to promote products.

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling into the US market.
  • Solid experience in new business acquisition in the SaaS space.
  • Industry background in hotel tech or revenue management is a plus.
  • Confident phone presence and great listening skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
