Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in guiding customers through the onboarding journey and ensuring a successful launch of our solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding.
• Lead onboarding projects from kickoff to completion.
• Educate customers on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in the onboarding process.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create and refine onboarding materials and processes.
• Develop vertical-specific onboarding guides.
• Contribute to customer training programs and documentation.
• Track and report onboarding metrics.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Customer Success or similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer projects.
• Experience developing onboarding frameworks and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Familiarity with SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams.
• Prior exposure to search or cloud technology is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously.
