Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in activating and engaging technology executives on the Sagetap platform, ensuring they have a meaningful experience.

In Short

• Facilitate onboarding calls with new Sages.
• Manage follow-up communication post-onboarding.
• Conduct re-engagement and activity-promoting calls.
• Run outbound sourcing efforts for new Sages.
• Surface insights and feedback for product improvement.
• Track and analyze Sage engagement trends.
• Partner with various teams for Sage success.
• Serve as a representative of the Sagetap community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• 1+ years of experience with pipeline development.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving.
• Passion for excellent customer experiences.
