An onboarding specialist at Motive is responsible for delivering training content to help employees develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring an effective onboarding experience for new team members.

In Short

  • Deliver training to entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff.
  • Support new team members from onboarding to ramp period.
  • Coach on sales strategy and process adherence.
  • Conduct engaging exercises and activities.
  • Create Enablement content like slide decks and eLearning experiences.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions.
  • Align with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in training and content development.
  • Experience in a B2B, SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of corporate training techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster a team-focused environment.
