• Explain the Birdwatch engagement model and review home maintenance needs.
• Develop personalized HomeCare Plans for new members.

• Utilize technical knowledge of residential systems.
• Document homeowner's needs and maintenance priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Technical knowledge in home maintenance and systems.
• Experience as a home inspector or contractor is preferred.
