Overview

This position is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for employees throughout their lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding. The Onboarding Specialist will manage high-volume HR transactions, serve as a primary point of contact for employee and HR inquiries, and support continuous improvement of onboarding processes.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contingent workers.
  • Process HR and staffing-related transactions via centralized mailbox and HR systems such as Workday and Smartsheet.
  • Provide timely processing of HR and staffing invoices.
  • Address employee and HR team inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the broader HR team with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
