In Short

• Assist the sales team as a Subject Matter Expert on solution implementation and best practices.
• Lead pre-assessment engagements to gauge client project readiness and identify design challenges.
• Deliver business-focused solution walkthroughs and highlight best practices during projects.
• Collect and evaluate business requirements and propose design strategies.
• Conduct functional design validations to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate workshops for collaboration between stakeholders.
• Test solutions before client handover to ensure effectiveness and user experience.
• Develop training materials and run training sessions for end users and key users.
• Support business adoption and resolve any client queries regarding the solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Tier 1 Consumer Packaged Goods Company.
• Experience in sales processes, trade promotion management, and business planning.
• Familiarity with international market-leading Trade Promotion Management solutions.
• Experience with the full cycle of TPM project implementation.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and influence consensus among groups.
• Experience on multi-country projects, mentoring on best practices.
• Success working with executive levels to influence decision-making.
• Knowledge of integration with ERP solutions like SAP or JDE.
