In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Drive adoption, mitigate churn, and ensure renewals.
  • Work with technical champions and IT stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for Managed Search product.
  • Forecast reductions, churn, and expansion opportunities.
  • Guide customers in leveraging Managed Search capabilities.
  • Build relationships with customers to make them champions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively drive retention.
  • Work with Support and Product teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management or Renewals Management for SaaS.
  • Comfortable discussing cloud-based deployments and APIs.
  • Experience with DevOps, IT Ops, Engineering, or Data teams.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed churn mitigation targets.
  • Process-oriented with experience in CRM tools.
