Overview

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new charter school clients by guiding them through the implementation of financial and operational systems.

• Serve as the primary contact for new clients during onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in charter school operations or client services.
• Knowledge of charter school funding and compliance.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with financial/accounting software.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Experience with payroll databases is a plus.
