In Short

• Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey.
• Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding.
• Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s).
• Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey.
• Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices.
• Being comfortable with serving as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals.
• Have a strong technical proficiency and are able to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files.

• The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
