As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Bloomerang, you’ll partner with leaders to scale teams in a thoughtful, mission-aligned way—connecting people strategy to our growth goals and the success of the nonprofits we serve.

Requirements

  • Proven HRBP experience with strong business acumen.
  • Skilled in organizational design and change management.
  • Ability to influence leaders using data and clear communication.
  • Strong coaching capability in performance management.
  • Working knowledge of compensation and job architecture.
  • High discretion and strong employee relations skills.
  • Understanding of AI and automation in improving productivity.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly into daily tasks.
