Overview

The Ukrainian & Global HR Business Partner provides global tactical HR support and strategic leadership for the Ukraine organization of 75–100 employees.

In Short

• Advise leaders with workforce planning and organizational design.
• Translate business priorities into actionable people plans and HR OKRs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Drive a high performing culture through performance management processes.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage workflows.
• Deliver people analytics and partner with finance on people-cost matters.
• Support global HR initiatives and assist with recruiting.
• 5–10+ years of Human Resources experience required.
• Ukrainian fluency and strong partnership skills preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Ukrainian fluency; professional working proficiency in (B2/C1).
• Strong partnership skills with Finance and leadership teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data reporting.
• Proficiency in performance management and employee relations.
