Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The People and Culture Business Partner is the primary talent and support resource responsible for the delivery of P&C services for their respective departments and serves as backup coverage for the People and Culture team. The People and Culture Business Partner is responsible for administering daily HR functions, recruiting; and excellent customer service, delivered to internal hiring teams and external talent and candidates alike. This position responds to routine employee and administrative questions regarding employment, employee relations, and related functions.

• Provide HRBP coverage across divisions during peak hiring cycles.
• Source and recruit a motivated, diverse talent pool.
• Administer the full-cycle hiring process.
• Provide onboarding updates and reporting.
• Support new hire orientation and conduct eligibility verification.
• Analyze hiring and workforce data using HRIS.
• Launch and maintain track of annual employee engagement surveys.
• Generate internal and external reports.
• Provide performance management support.
• Lead improvements in HR systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of HR policies and related laws.
• Experience working across various HR functions.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or relevant field.
• 4 years of professional experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws.
• Current HR Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to communicate using American Sign Language highly preferred.
