Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for overseeing and delivering comprehensive human resources and talent acquisition services that support the organization’s operational and people-focused goals.

In Short

• This is a remote position with occasional travel within 200 miles of Milwaukee, WI.
• Serve as the point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and payroll functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting.
• Support compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with associates and leaders across the organization.
• Support training and development related to hiring, onboarding, and management.
• Promote employee engagement/retention through collaborative support and coaching.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition.
• Exposure to employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
