You’ll be embedded in leadership conversations, proactively identifying people and HR process opportunities. We’re looking for someone with experience in high-growth organizations, strong cultural alignment, and a proactive mindset. Specialty pharmacy experience isn’t required, what matters most is your ability to partner, anticipate needs, and drive impact.

In Short

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning and talent development planning.
• Lead performance management and associate engagement initiatives.
• Manage complex associate relations issues and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to achieve company and business unit initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop managers on effective leadership and people management practices.
• Consult with leadership to provide HR guidance and resolve associate relations issues.
• Identify training needs for assigned business units and provide individual leadership coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business-related discipline.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data analytics and HR metrics.
• Knowledge of general human resource programs and policies.
