Overview

As a strategic partner to our GTM, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will provide guidance across the entire employee lifecycle as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving People initiatives that support SEON’s growth, operational excellence, and core values.

In Short

• Serve as the primary, trusted advisor for an assigned business unit.
• Partner with leadership on headcount planning and structural design.
• Facilitate performance reviews and drive talent identification.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Advise on compensation philosophy to ensure internal equity.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and applied.
• Leverage HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Drive accountability for employee engagement and retention.
• Support long-term career growth and internal mobility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and investigations.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate with empathy, integrity, and confidentiality.
