In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention, renewals, and revenue expansion.
  • Lead all commercial discussions, including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Payments, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Develop account plans with clear retention milestones, expansion opportunities, success metrics, and proactively identify risks.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Fraud Consulting, Technical Services, to ensure seamless customer experience and value realization.
  • Stay up to date on digital fraud, risk, and AML trends, using domain knowledge to advise customers and strengthen executive relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success (commercial ownership), or a similar customer-facing role within SaaS, fintech, payments, or fraud prevention.
  • Proven track record of renewals, retention, and revenue expansion across APAC customer portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Chinese-headquartered companies and navigating China/HK-led global decision-making structures.
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) — mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, or payments ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive-level customers.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required (up to 30%).
