Overview

As a PAC Account Manager for Quorum’s Political Action Committee (PAC) product line, you will drive product adoption and build Trusted Advisor relationships with your PAC customers.

In Short

  • Manage a large and diverse portfolio of PAC accounts.
  • Drive retention and revenue growth through renewals and expansion efforts.
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience and foster positive outcomes.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to PAC clients.
  • Identify and close opportunities to expand the use of Quorum’s PAC solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PAC customer issues.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with teams across Revenue, Product, and Dev Engineering.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with a Political Action Committee (PAC) or PAC software vendor.
  • Proven track record of building Trusted Advisor relationships.
  • Confident in running customer meetings with C-Suite executives.
  • Advanced understanding of Quorum PAC-related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Track record of driving customer value resulting in retention and expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to build loyal brand advocates.
  • Passion for technology and teaching others.
