Overview

The Account Manager at ArrowStream is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, enhancing revenue through upselling and renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers.
  • Own customer communication on behalf of ArrowStream.
  • Document changes in customer business and maintain important information.
  • Prepare for client meetings and manage customer portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and advocate for superior customer service.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on escalated issues.
  • Notify the Product team of customer enhancement requests.
  • Travel overnight a few nights per month.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience in the food service industry or SaaS is a plus.
  • Competency in MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, Jira, and Customer Service Software.
  • Ability to travel overnight a few nights/month.
