Overview

The Account Manager will work across advertising partners within the growth & performance team at Morning Brew, overseeing new partner accounts. This role is integral in activating Morning Brew’s account management, advertising executions, and clients’ success by working directly with clients as well as internally across the entire organization.

In Short

  • Oversee new partner accounts within the growth & performance team.
  • Manage the post-sale campaign lifecycle and some pre-sale work.
  • Support media planning and strategy based on client KPIs.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Deliver campaign reporting and mid-campaign optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for client retention and renewal strategies.
  • Lead client presentations and manage client/agency relationships.
  • Utilize performance data to drive account strategy and upsell opportunities.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for Morning Brew’s mission and franchises.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a digital or integrated media environment.
  • Experience in media planning, client service, or account management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and craft actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for achieving success.
  • No ego and ability to learn quickly.
