Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner will coordinate and facilitate Human Resources processes during the employment life cycle, supporting all areas of Human Resources in close collaboration with District and Regional Directors and other stakeholders.

In Short

• Assist in retention, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
• Advise key stakeholders regarding Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Investigate employee complaints and make recommendations for follow-up action.
• Provide guidance related to recruitment, retention, benefits, and compensation.
• Partner with leadership to build an inclusive, values-driven culture.
• Leverage data and analytics for talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects as a Human Resources representative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience.
• Ability to build relationships and influence change.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains regulatory knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business technologies.
• Experience in various Human Resources areas preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
