Aspire Software is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in the UK. This role is a hands-on, business-facing partnership where success is defined by translating business strategy into people outcomes.

  • Resolve complex employee relations matters with sound judgment.
  • Support business growth with workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Lead HR integration of newly acquired companies.
  • Coach managers on employee management and performance issues.
  • Maintain reliable employee data and HR reporting.
  • Build strong teams and healthy cultures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong HR and business acumen.
  • Knowledge of European employment legislation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and managers.
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
  • Legally authorized to work in the UK.
