The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to organizational leadership, leading key HR initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.

In Short

• Full-Time, Remote position with PST working hours.
• Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per annum.
• Oversee HR operations and documentation.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Lead employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll management.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Support a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in California.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and HRIS software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
• Active listening and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
