Overview

The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration of our HRIS system and team as well as providing high-level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.

  • Administer user access and security roles.
  • Perform routine audits for data accuracy.
  • Support payroll and benefits data flow.
  • Manage HR ticketing systems and shared inboxes.
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support HRIS components of onboarding.
  • Coordinate resolution of HRIS issues across teams.
  • Assist with benefits implementation tasks.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience administering an HRIS platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to support non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated with a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to educate and train staff members.
  • Excellent time management skills.
