Overview

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Business Administrator role is crucial for supporting our business operations by empowering end-users and enhancing our HR systems environment. This position will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ADP Human Resource Information System (HRIS) among others.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain the ADP HRIS and other systems.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of HR systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks for system stability and security.
  • Partner with end-users to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to users.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HRIS or ADP certifications are a plus.
