Overview

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supports and maintains systems used by the Human Capital department, ensuring data accuracy and integration.

In Short

  • Provide production support for HR systems including Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS information.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Create custom reports.
  • Document HCM business processes.
  • Support Human Capital on IT application issues.
  • Research and configure product enhancements.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems support.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
  • Acquire subject matter expertise in HR functions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve HRIS issues.
  • Experience with system design and database management.
