Overview

As a Human Resources Analyst at Boreala Management, you will support consultants by conducting research, analyzing data, and developing content to enhance organizational development and HR practices.

  • Perform other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources or related field.
  • Relevant professional experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience.
  • Good communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Bilingual (English required).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
