The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
